Surveys on online platforms show their key role in consumers and small businesses’ internet activities

The first survey shows that almost six in ten respondents expect online platforms to present search results in an order that corresponds best to what interests them. At least half of respondents express concern about the data collected on them when they are online.  The results of the second survey show that two thirds of SMEs that sell online, agree that their position in search results has a significant impact on their sales.
