Profile
Federica Paolucci is a post-doctoral Research Fellow in Constitutional and Public Law at Bocconi University, where she works on the regulation of artificial intelligence and the protection of fundamental rights.
She holds a PhD in Legal Studies, curriculum in Constitutional Law, from Bocconi University, awarded cum laude in 2025. Her research focuses on fundamental rights, biometric technologies, artificial intelligence and impact assessments under the AI Act and Council of Europe frameworks.
Her work combines academic research with applied legal and policy engagement, including teaching, coordination of postgraduate programmes, policy papers and participation in European and international scholarly debates.
She is a qualified lawyer admitted to the Italian Bar and a member of the Open Council of Europe Academic Network (OCEAN).
