Camilla Silvestri is an Italian lawyer specialising in intellectual property, artificial intelligence, data protection and digital regulation.

She currently works in AI governance and compliance at Deloitte and has previous experience in the field of intellectual property and innovation policy, including at the European Union Intellectual Property Office (EUIPO).

She holds an LL.M. in Law of Internet Technology from Bocconi University, where she further developed her expertise in AI regulation, copyright, data governance and emerging technologies.
