MediaLaws is pleased to share the call for papers for the “Final Conference on Conflict Resolution with Equitative Algorithms 3“, organised by the Jean Monnet Centre of Excellence ReCEPL4STAI. The event will take place on 24-25 September 2026 in Naples (Italy).
The conference will bring together scholars, legal practitioners, judges, policymakers, technology experts, and civil society representatives to discuss the opportunities and challenges of digital innovation in family justice.
Suggested topics include AI-assisted decision-making, predictive justice, blockchain and secure trust services, digital judicial cooperation, human-centred AI, procedural fairness, fundamental rights, and digital inclusion.
Early-career researchers are particularly encouraged to submit their contributions. Accepted papers will also be considered for a special issue of the European Journal of Privacy Law & Technologies.
The deadline for submitting a 500-word abstract has been extended to 7 September 2026.
