Andrea Palumbo

Andrea Palumbo is a researcher at CiTiP, KU Leuven, and IMEC. His research focuses on the risk-based approach in EU digital legislation, examining different issues that revolve around the compatibility of the risk-based approach in the AI Act and the DSA with the rule of law. Before joining CiTiP, Andrea worked in national and international law firms in the areas of EU law, ICT law and financial regulation, where he developed expertise in risk management and compliance.

Julian Morgan

Julian Morgan is a postdoctoral research fellow at the Weizenbaum Institute and holds a PhD from Humboldt University in Berlin. His research focuses on platform and AI regulation in the EU.
